Even if the person was conscious, the movement of his limbs became slow and he was often unable to escape by unlocking the door normally. In order to solve this problem, a mechanism for unlocking a solenoid is installed in the lock part of a door, etc., and a manually operated switch that energizes this solenoid is placed at a distance, or a heat sensor placed at a distance is installed. A method was developed to automatically energize the solenoid. Furthermore, as another automatic temperature unlocking device, a device was published in 1973 in which a bimetal plate is placed in the lock part of the shutter and the lock is directly unlocked using thermal deformation of the bimetal plate.
-Disclosed in Publication No. 41899.

It was irrational that the stronger the door and the lock, the more it would become a hindrance in an emergency. or,
The automatic unlocking method using a solenoid unlocks the power line
If the control line or sensor malfunctioned or became unusable due to fire, it would cease to function and its operation was uncertain. In addition, in the automatic temperature unlocking device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-41899, the bimetallic plate that detects heat is located at a low position in the lock part, so the detection of hot air that tends to rise is delayed and the hot air is The door could not be unlocked unless the room was full or there was direct contact with the fire, making it difficult to unlock the door quickly.

る。(Function) In the present invention, when the shape memory alloy senses heat or fire, it transforms and pulls the wire to open the door unlock lever. In the present invention, since the shape memory alloy is placed at the top of the door, the hot air rises and the upper part tends to reach a high temperature faster than the lower part, so hot air and fire can be quickly detected and the door can be unlocked at an early stage. This allows people to escape quickly.

部屋のことを想えば一層有用なことである。 Conventionally, a duplicate key was required to open a locked door from the outside, but as mentioned in the first paragraph, when escaping or providing rescue in the event of a fire, an abnormal temperature rise is detected as soon as possible and the door is unlocked automatically. This is even more useful when you think about hotels and children's rooms.

The right end of the shape memory alloy 3 attached to the top of the head is fixed to the stand 15, and the left end passes through the inside of the head 23 and makes a U-turn. A wire 2 is fixed to the head 23, and the wire 2 passes through a flexible tube 34 and is connected to an unlocking lever 35. The unlocking lever 35 is attached regardless of normal thumb-tongue operation, but in an emergency, when the shape memory alloy 3 contracts in the direction of the arrow due to hot air reaching the transformation temperature, the wire 2 is pulled together with the head 23. He then rotates the unlocking lever 35 counterclockwise as shown by the arrow, applying the same effect to the lock as when turning the thumb tongue, and pulling in the deadlock 36 as shown by the arrow to unlock the lock.

限定するものではない。 The shape memory alloy 3 may be one piece or one piece, but it is made into two pieces in order to widen the sensing area and double the contraction force due to recovery stress. One end of the flexible tube 34 is screwed into the mounting base 16 with a hollow screw 37 to adjust the tension of the wire 2, and a lock nut 38
Fix it with. Also, the other end of the flexible tube 34 has a lock 4.
It is fixed to the 0 side by a mounting bracket 41. The flexible tube 34 passes through the door one thickness in the middle for protection, connection with the lock 40, and appearance.
It is not limited.
