Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平面光源の平行光線を回転円板の周辺全円周に
    均等に配設された複数の回転スリツトに一斉に照
    射し、前記各回転スリツトを通過した光を前記回
    転円板に対向して取り付けられている固定円板の
    周辺円周上に設けられた光検出手段により同時に
    検出し、これを光電変換して前記回転円板が固定
    される回転軸の回転量を計測する光電式エンコー
    ダにおいて、 前記固定円板は、前記回転円板の回転スリツト
    に対応した半径およびピツチの円周状の位置に等
    間隔で設けられた複数の固定スリツトを有し、 前記光検出手段は、前記固定円板の前記回転円
    板に対向する面の裏面側に、前記回転、固定の両
    スリツトを通過した光の到達点を連続して環状に
    設けられ始点と終点を有する集光性蛍光フアイバ
    の集光部材と、前記始点と終点とに面して設けら
    れた光電変換素子とからなることを特徴とする光
    電式エンコーダ。
