Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイオードを用いた温度検出回路において、温
    度検出を行う部分に設置されるダイオードと、前
    記ダイオードの順方向電圧降下の初期バラツキを
    補正するように予めビツト設定を行うＤ／Ａコン
    バータと、前記ダイオード及び前記Ｄ／Ａコンバ
    ータの出力電圧比較を行い結果を出力する比較器
    とを備え、前記比較器の一方の入力へ前記ダイオ
    ードのアノード側を接続し、前記比較器の他の一
    方の入力へビツト設定された前記Ｄ／Ａコンバー
    タの出力を接続し、前記ダイオードの順方向電圧
    降下が前記Ｄ／Ａコンバータの出力電圧より低下
    したとき、前記比較器の出力を反転させることを
    特徴とする温度検出回路。
