ナモジユール、３ａは第１のスイツチ、３ｂは第
２のスイツチ、４は低雑音アンプ、５は電力増幅
アンプ、６は移相器、７はレジスタ、８はアンテ
ナビーム制御器、９はシリアルバス、１０はメモ
リ、１１は位相量計算機である。なお、図中、同
一符号は、同一または相当部分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ｎ個の素子アンテナと、送信時と受信時で
    回路の接続を切り替える第１のスイツチ及び、第
    ２のスイツチと、送信信号を増幅する電力増幅ア
    ンプと、受信信号を増幅する低雑音アンプと、信
    号の位相を制御する移相器と、移相器の位相量を
    保持するメモリを含むＮ個の電子制御アンテナモ
    ジユールと、アンテナビームの走査角を制御する
    アンテナビーム制御器を備えたことを特徴とする
    電子制御アンテナ装置。 (2) Ｎ個の素子アンテナと、送信時と受信時で
    回路の接続を切り替える第１のスイツチ及び、第
    ２のスイツチと、送信信号を増幅する電力増幅ア
    ンプと、受信信号を増幅する低雑音アンプと、信
    号の位相を制御する移相器と、移相器の位相量を
    計算する計算機を含むＮ個の電子制御アンテナモ
    ジユールと、アンテナビームの走査角を制御する
    アンテナビーム制御器を備えたことを特徴とする
    電子制御アンテナ装置。
