DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a construction method for pouring concrete blocks for slope protection on the exposed part of the slope of rock bolts fixed in the slope, and a formwork thereof. However, it is necessary to install on-site bearing plates for slope protection, which can prevent the tips of the lock bolts and tightening nuts that fix the concrete blocks mentioned above from corroding, and can stably protect slopes over a long period of time. The objective is to provide a method and its formwork.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a slope, on which lock bolts 2 are driven into appropriate positions. Second
As is clear from the figure, the tip of the lock bolt 2 is exposed on the slope, and a steel plate 3 is attached to the tip.
is fitted and inserted, and a tightening bolt 5 is attached to the tip of it via a connecting sleeve 4. Incidentally, the connecting sleeve 4 and the tightening bolt 5 may be constructed integrally.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a formwork, which has various shapes such as a truncated pyramid shape as shown in FIG. 3 and a truncated cone shape as shown in FIG. 4. The size of the formwork 6 is changed depending on the situation of the slope. If the surface layer of the slope is soil, a relatively large formwork 6 is required from the design to resist earth pressure and to protect the surface. In the case of a good design, a relatively small one can be used to protect the bolt.

As is clear from FIG. 2, a protrusion 6b is bored inwardly at the center of the upper surface 6a of the formwork 6, and a hole 6c is protruded from the center of the protrusion 6b. A connecting sleeve 4 and a tightening bolt 5 attached to the tip of the locking bolt 2 are fitted into the hole 6c, and the protrusion 6b is held between the iron plate 3 and the holding plate 7 and tightened. The formwork 6 is tightened and connected to the lock bolt 2 by a nut 8.

Concrete is poured into the formwork 6 set as described above using a concrete pump or the like.
Once the concrete has hardened, remove the wedge 11, remove the formwork reinforcing frame 10 and the outflow prevention piece 9, loosen the tightening bolts 5 shown in FIG. 2, remove the holding plate 7, and demold the formwork 6. do. continue,
Remove the connecting sleeve 4 from the lock bolt 2,
A nut 12 is tightened to the tip of the lock bolt 2 as shown in FIG. 5, and the concrete block C is firmly fixed. Demolded formwork 6
Fill the recess C' of the concrete block C formed by the protrusion 6b with concrete or mortar, and connect the tip of the lock bolt 2 and the nut 12.
It is designed to prevent corrosion.
