Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) デイスクホルダ１０と、下側面の弾性研磨
    材２１及び上側面の弾性面フアスナ２２からなる
    デイスク研磨部材２０と、を備える研磨用デイス
    クホルダ組立体にして、前記デイスクホルダ１０
    はその下側面に前記デイスクホルダと同心的に設
    けられた凹部１１を有し、また、該凹部の中心部
    から下方向に突出する突起部１２を有し、該突起
    部の先端部には該突起部の直径よりも大きい直径
    を有する頭部１３が設けられており、前記デイス
    クホルダの下側面の平面部には前記デイスク研磨
    部材の面フアスナと着脱可能な面フアスナ１４が
    取り付けられており、さらに、前記デイスク研磨
    部材２０には、その中心に前記突起部１２の直径
    とほぼ同一な直径を有する穴２３が設けてあり、
    該穴に前記突起部の頭部を挿入した際に、前記頭
    部が前記研磨材の外側表面より内側に位置するよ
    うになつている研磨用デイスクホルダ組立体。 (2) 請求項１に記載の組立体において、前記デ
    イスク研磨部材の穴２３にはその内周側から半径
    方向外側に延びる切込み２４が設けられている研
    磨用デイスクホルダ組立体。
