図、第５図は側縁押圧装置の側面図、第６図は従
来のはんだ付け装置の概略を示す平面図と側面図
である。 図中、１はプリント基板、１ａは側縁部、１ｂ
は上面部、１６ははんだ付け装置、１９は乗り移
り装置、２０は搬送ベルト走行装置、２２はガイ
ドレール、２３は搬送ベルト、２４は凸条部、２
４ａは側面部、４１は上面押圧装置、４５は押圧
円板、４５ａは円周部分、４７は引張ばね、５１
は側縁押圧装置、５３はロツド、５４は係合溝、
５６はモータである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プリント基板を載置し、ガイドレールと係
    合して対向する部分が平行に走行する一対の搬送
    ベルトと、これらの搬送ベルトを走行させる駆動
    用のプーリと、この駆動用のプーリの回転力によ
    り従動用のプーリを回転せしめる回転軸とからな
    る搬送ベルト走行装置と；前記プリント基板の幅
    に対応して前記従動用のプーリ側の前記搬送ベル
    トを前記プリント基板の走行方向と直角方向に移
    動を可能とするため、前記従動用のプーリに対し
    て前記回転軸からの回転力を一方向に伝達し、他
    方向には空転するクラツチを前記従動用のプーリ
    に設けたプリント基板保持幅可変装置と；からな
    ることを特徴とするプリント基板の乗り移り装置
    。 (2) プリント基板が搬送ベルトに載置されてい
    る前記プリント基板の側縁部付近の上面部にその
    円周部分が当接して前記搬送ベルト上の前記プリ
    ント基板を引張ばねの復元力により下方へ押圧し
    ながら回転する回転自在の押圧円板を備えた上面
    押圧装置を設けたものである請求項(1)に記載の
    プリント基板の乗り移り装置。 (3) プリント基板の側縁部を係合し、かつ水平
    方向に押圧せしめる係合溝を円周方向に形成する
    とともに、その長手方向を上下方向に設定した回
    転自在のロツドと、このロツドを回転させるモー
    タとを備えた側縁押圧装置を設けたものである請
    求項(1)または(2)に記載のプリント基板の乗り移
    り装置。
