Generally, the frame of a pantograph is pushed up by a spring and the slider plate slides into contact with the overhead wire to collect current, but as the speed increases, the spring's ability to follow deteriorates, so this is shown in Figures 4 and 5. There are known current collecting boats in which the slider plate is divided into parts and each slider plate is attached to the boat body via a support spring so as to be movable up and down in order to improve tracking performance. In these figures, 1 is the hull, 2 is a divided sliding plate, and 3 is a sliding plate support that is divided into three pieces in this case in the longitudinal direction of the hull 1, and the dividing plate 2 is fixed on each sliding plate 3. The divided slider plate 2 is attached to the boat body 1 via a slider support 3 and two support springs 4, and a connecting spring 5 is provided between the slider plates.

A curved leaf spring is spanned and fixed. An elastic seat 8 is interposed between the spring holding portions of the protrusion seats 6 and 7 to reduce stress concentration. Connection spring 5
is an elastic body that is fixed across the adjacent slider plates 3.

The curved leaf spring 4 maintains followability by displacing from the state below the standard position shown in FIG. 7 to the state above the standard position shown in FIG. There was a drawback that the stress could not be absorbed sufficiently at the curved portion P, stress concentration occurred in the curved portion, and the life of the spring was shortened.

In the present invention, the support spring of the split slide plate is a flat plate spring, one end of which is connected via an elastic seat to a protruding seat provided upwardly protruding from the bottom of the boat, and the other end of the split slide plate is a flat plate spring. The collector boat of the pantograph is configured to be connected via an elastic body to a spring attachment fitting provided downwardly protruding from the lower surface.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a collector boat for a pantograph according to an embodiment of the present invention, and parts indicated by the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 4 to 8 are the same parts. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 9 is a flat leaf spring, and the leaf spring 9
is a flat leaf spring serving as a support spring 4 (see FIG. 4), and this leaf spring 9 has an elastic body seat 8 attached to two protruding seats 6 with one end protruding upward from the bottom of the boat body 1. It is installed by being clamped horizontally through the An elastic body 1 is attached to the tip, which is the other end of the leaf spring 9.
0 is fixed thereto, and the tip portion to which this elastic body is fixed projects downwardly from the slide plate support 3 of the divided slide plate 2.

In this case, an elastic body 13 is bonded and interposed between the tip of the flat leaf spring 9 and the flat tip of the spring mounting bracket 12 that projects downward from the slide plate support 3. In this way, the left and right escape caused by the vertical displacement of the slider plate is absorbed by the shearing force of the elastic body 13, so that no stress concentration occurs in the leaf spring 9.

According to the present invention, the support spring of the split slide plate is a flat plate spring, one end of which is connected via an elastic seat to a protrusion seat provided upwardly protruding from the bottom of the boat, and the other end of the split slide plate is a flat plate spring. The pantograph's collector boat is configured to be connected via an elastic body to a spring mounting bracket protruding downward from the bottom surface of the plate, so the slider plate is supported so as to be able to move up and down via the leaf spring, improving followability. This has the effect of extending the service life and improving reliability because stress concentration does not occur in the leaf spring.
