浮屋根タンクのワツクススクレパーには種々の
構成のものがあるが、ワツクススクレーパーをタ
ンク内側によく圧接させるため、重錘の回転力を
利用して行う様にしたものが多く、その一例を第
１図によつて説明すると、浮屋根タンクＡの、浮
屋根１の底部２の隅角部に設けたブラケツト３
に、ベルクランク状の枠体Ｂの一方の腕の端４を
軸３′で枢着し、他方の腕の端５に重錘６を取付
け、該重錘６の該軸３′に対する回転力により該
枠体Ｂの中央部に枢支してあるワツクススクレー
パーＣをタンク内壁７に圧接させ、タンク内壁７
に析出しているワツクスを掻き落すようにしてい
るが、此種重錘式のものは重錘とレバーとの組合
わさつた機構を用いる関係上、大体浮屋根１の底
部２に設けられることとなり、従つて、ワツクス
スクレーパーＣの位置は浮屋根１より下方に位置
しがちであり、浮屋根外周に設けられるソフトシ

ーＣの下縁C′が、該ソフトシール体Ｄのタンク内

うに設けたもので、第２図において、環状ソフト
シール体Ｄはウレタン製褥片D1を耐油性ゴムシ
ートD2でカバーしたもので、該褥片D1中にはコ
アプレート８を埋め込み、該コアプレート８の上
端は浮屋根１の上部周辺所々に突設したトツプリ
ムプレート９にボルト１０で取付け、ワツクスス
クレーパーＣの上部は、２枚の板１１，１２で、
例えばボルト１３と長孔１４との構造で互に滑り
合つてワツクススクレーパーＣとコアプレート８
との間隔ｍが調整できるようにして前記コアプレ
ート８に支持させてある。なお第２図中１５はウ
