紙の周辺部を瓶口径外周の縊れ部に沿つて絞込み
折り癖を付けるようにした瓶口封緘紙の絞込み癖
付け装置において、上下動自在に設けた瓶口径嵌
合用シリンダーの下端に形成した瓶口嵌合部の内
壁周面に沿つて瓶口径外周の縊れ部を囲撓する如
く絞込み癖付け紐体受支用の環状溝を設け、前記
環状溝内に絞込み癖付け紐体を環状に嵌入配設す
るとともに前記絞込み癖付け紐体の各端部を前記
瓶口径嵌合用シリンダー外周側面に設けた開口部
から外部に突出し、一端をフレームに、他端を紐
体緊締・弛緩装置に緊締・弛緩自在に連結したこ
と、および瓶口封緘紙の周辺部を瓶口径外周の縊
れ部に沿つて絞込み折り癖を付けるようにした瓶
口封緘紙の絞込み癖付け装置において、上下動自
在に設けた瓶口径嵌合用シリンダーの下端に形成
した瓶口嵌合部の内壁周面に沿つて瓶口径外周の
縊れ部を囲撓する如く絞込み癖付け紐体受支用の
環状溝を設け、前記環状溝内に絞込み癖付け紐体
を環状に嵌入配設するとともに前記絞込み癖付け
紐体の各端部を前記紐口径嵌合用シリンダー外周
側面に設けた開口部から外部に突出し、一端をフ
レームに、他端を紐体緊締・弛緩装置に緊締・弛
緩自在に連結し、かつ前記瓶口径嵌合用シリンダ
ーの中心部に瓶口封緘紙吸着体をスプリングを介
在して上下摺動自在に設けたものであるから、瓶
口封緘紙の絞込み癖付けを行うに際しては、瓶口
径嵌合用シリンダーを、瓶口封緘紙を載置した瓶
口径外周に嵌合すうことにより、前記瓶口径嵌合
用シリンダーの下端で前記瓶口封緘紙の周辺部を
瓶口径外周面に沿つて折曲し、さらにこの状態の
まま前記瓶口径嵌合用シリンダーの瓶口嵌合部内
に設けた絞込み癖付け紐体により前記瓶口封緘紙
の折曲周面部を前記瓶口径外周の縊れ部に沿つて
絞込み折り癖を付けることができるので瓶口封緘
紙の癖付けが瓶口外周に沿つた一次折曲と、瓶口
径外周の縊れ部に沿つた絞込み二次折曲からなる
二段階折曲となり、その結果、従来の単なる瓶口
径外周面に沿つた折曲によるものに比して瓶口封
緘紙の癖付けを確実、かつ充分に行うことがで
き、爾后の結束紐による結束作業を容易かつ迅速
に行わしめることができるものであるとともに、
瓶口径外周の縊れ部に対する瓶口封緘紙の絞込み
は瓶口径嵌合用シリンダーの瓶口径外周に嵌合し
た状態で、しかも前記瓶口径嵌合用シリンダーの
瓶口嵌合部の内壁周面に沿つて瓶口径外周の縊れ
部を囲撓する如く設けられた環状溝内に環状に嵌
入配設した癖付け紐体を、紐体緊締・弛緩装置に
よる緊締・弛緩作用により行うようにしたので常
に安定した状態で正確かつ充分に、しかも迅速か
つ高能率に行うことができるとともに、蓋付瓶口
への瓶口径嵌合用シリンダーの嵌合に際しては前
記瓶口径嵌合用シリンダーに設けた瓶口封緘紙吸
着体により瓶口封緘紙を蓋付瓶口上に押えた状態
で瓶口径嵌合用シリンダーを嵌合することができ
るので前記瓶口径外周に沿つた瓶口封緘紙の一次
折曲を確実、かつ容易に行うことができ、その上
構造も簡単で加工が容易である等の効果がある。

に嵌入配設するとともに前記絞込み癖付け紐体の
各端部を前記瓶口径嵌合用シリンダー外周側面に
設けた開口部から外部に突出し、一端をフレーム
に、他端を紐体緊締・弛緩装置に緊締・弛緩自在
に連結したことを特徴とする瓶口封緘紙の絞込み

心部に瓶口封緘吸着体をスプリングを介在して上
下摺動自在に設けたことを特徴とする瓶口封緘紙
の絞込み癖付け装置。
