As disclosed in Publication No. 26550, a vertical cylindrical nozzle body, a damper attached to the lower end of the nozzle body so as to be able to swing vertically, and a resistance against flowing liquid arranged inside the nozzle body. body and
It consists of a connecting member that connects the free end of the damper and the resistor, and an elastic member that biases the resistor upward. It is known that a damper is provided with a resistor so that the resistor is always located in the intermediate reduced diameter portion regardless of the opening degree of the damper, and that moves the intermediate reduced diameter portion up and down.

To achieve this, it is necessary to reduce the gap between the intermediate reduced diameter part and the resistor by reducing the diameter of the intermediate reduced diameter part, but this gap is a passage for the liquid flowing down inside the nozzle body, so If it is made smaller, the passage resistance increases, so there is a limit to doing so.

Since the resistor is positioned in the lower large diameter part when the damper is opened at the same opening degree or more, the resistor moves up and down between the intermediate reduced diameter part and the lower large diameter part. .
Therefore, the gap between the intermediate reduced diameter part and the resistor should be made relatively small to increase the hydraulic pressure acting on the resistor, and the gap between the resistor in the lower large diameter part should be compared to avoid increasing the passage resistance. By increasing the target
When the resistor is located in the intermediate reduced diameter part, the damper is opened rapidly, and when the resistor is moved away from the intermediate reduced diameter part and entered the lower large diameter part, the liquid inside the nozzle body is flows down smoothly.

能となる。 The liquid introduced into the upper end of the nozzle body 14 is discharged from the lower end of the nozzle body 14 via the upper large diameter portions 25, 26, the intermediate reduced diameter portion 13, and the lower large diameter portions 37, 38 in order. When the liquid that has passed through the large diameter parts 25 and 26 approaches the reduced diameter part 13, the flow velocity when passing there becomes faster than the flow velocity when passing through the upper large diameter parts 25 and 26. The opening degree of the damper 15 increases by that amount, and then the reduced diameter portion 13
When the liquid that has passed through approaches the lower large diameter portions 37 and 38, the flow velocity when passing there becomes slower than the flow velocity when passing through the reduced diameter portion 13, and the liquid passes through the damper 15 at the same slow speed. do. Therefore, generation of air bubbles due to agitation of the liquid discharged from the nozzle body 14 can be prevented, and smooth high-speed filling becomes possible.

By making the gap between the body relatively large, when the resistor is located in the intermediate reduced diameter part, the damper is opened rapidly, and the resistor is moved away from the intermediate reduced diameter part and the damper is moved to the lower large diameter part. Since the liquid flows smoothly down the nozzle body when the nozzle enters the nozzle, it is possible to perform filling at a higher speed than with the conventional filling nozzle described at the beginning.
