び第５図は同上オートテンシヨナの他の実施例を
示す断面図、第６図は従来のオートテンシヨナを
示す縦断正面図である。 １……シリンダ、３……プランジヤ、４……凹
所、５……係合溝、６……テーパ面、７……ロツ
ド、８……係合溝、９……止め輪、１５……調圧
スプリング、１６……オイルシール、１７……圧
力室、１８……リザーバ室、１９……通路、２２
……チエツクバルブ、２３……テーパ面。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内に所要のリークすきまをもつてプラ
    ンジヤを挿入し、そのプランジヤと共に軸方向に
    移動するロツドの上部をシリンダの上側開口部に
    取付けたオイルシールに貫通せしめてシリンダの
    外部に突出させ、上記プランジヤの下方に形成さ
    れた圧力室とプランジヤの上方に設けたリザーバ
    室に作動油を入れ、この両室を前記プランジヤに
    形成した通路で連通し、その通路に圧力室の圧力
    がリザーバ室の圧力より低くなつたとき上記通路
    を開放するチエツクバルブを設け、前記シリンダ
    内にはロツドに外方向への付勢力を付与する調圧
    スプリングを組込んだ油圧式オートテンシヨナに
    おいて、前記プランジヤの上端面にロツドの下部
    が遊嵌する凹所を形成し、この凹所の内周面とロ
    ツドの外周面それぞれに係合溝を形成し、プラン
    ジヤ側係合溝の上端面とロツド側係合溝の下端面
    の少なくとも一方を外方傾斜するテーパ面とし、
    そのテーパ面を押圧してロツドの下端を凹所の底
    面に押し付ける径方向に弾性を有する止め輪を一
    対の係合溝間にはめ合わせたことを特徴とする油
    圧式オートテンシヨナ。
