Because it is made of asphalt, it has poor water permeability, and as the paved area of roads and other roads has increased in recent years and drainage facilities have been expanded, this has become an obstacle for rainwater and other water to seep into the ground, causing groundwater leakage. This caused a decrease in surface area and depletion of groundwater, and also caused problems in the growth of plants.

となした透水性舗装材を完成した。 As a result of repeated research and development into a paving material that has water permeability and does not impair its aesthetic appearance, the applicant has previously published Utility Model Application Publication No. 127716/1983 using commonly used tile raw materials such as feldspar, pottery stone, and clay. By filling raw material powder, which is a mixture of granular viscous grains, etc. in which granular manganese, mica, or pigments are added, into a tile mold and press-molding it with a press, etc., an approximately flat plate-shaped element body is formed. form,
The body is then fired in a firing furnace to create a flat plate with a pattern such as a speckled pattern on the surface by firing the viscous grain pigments mixed with the raw material powder such as manganese, mica, or pigments. Then,
A water-permeable paving material was completed in which the flat plate described above was adhered to the surface of a concrete reinforcing base material and a plurality of drainage holes were drilled therein.

However, as a result of further research, it was discovered that the adhesion between the ceramic flat plate and the concrete reinforcing base material was poor and there was a risk of them peeling off. .

It is hardened in a form that bites into the inner periphery.

After filling the concave portion 3A of the lower mold 3 with a commonly used viscous powder 1 mixed with grains 2, etc. , as shown in FIG. Patterns such as the above are formed, and the flat plate B of the ceramic material is completed.

Concrete 15 using coarse crushed stone is filled while vibrating the frame 11 for making the base material, and then a thin layer of mortar 16 is applied, and the mortar 16 is inserted and fixed into the hole 17A provided at the tip of the rod 17 of the iron plate 12. The rubber 18 thus formed is pressed so as to be inserted into the plurality of water permeable holes 6, 6, . . . of the flat plate B to integrate them.

ができるものとなる。 Although the explanation is complicated, at this time, the water permeable hole 6 of the flat plate B is moved downwardly as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. The rod 17 of the bar iron plate 12 is drilled in a substantially conical shape such as a conical shape or a pyramid shape that expands toward the direction.
The diameter of the rubber 18 at the tip of the rod 17 is made slightly smaller than that of the rod. Therefore, during pressing, the outer periphery of the upper end of the rubber 18 provided at the tip of the rod 17 comes into contact with the inner surface of the drain hole 6, and the mortar 16 is the water drain hole 6
In addition to further preventing leakage, the space 6A formed between the outer periphery of the rubber 18 and the inner surface of the drain hole 6 can be filled with mortar, which is an adhesive.

る。 Next, the rods of the iron plate 12 with rods are pulled out downward, and then, with the permeable paving material A integrated on the perforated iron plate 14 placed on it, it is pushed downward while being pressed from above the flat plate B, and the perforated iron plate 14 is pushed out. If the material is moved and left to harden at room temperature, the water-permeable pavement material A will be completed.

美観をそこねることがないものともなる。[Effects of the invention] As described above, in the present invention, a part of the mortar layer bites into the lower inner periphery of the cone-shaped water permeation hole provided in the ceramic flat plate and hardens. The reinforcing base material is firmly bonded and there is no risk of peeling, and the ceramic material is bonded to a flat plate made of feldspar, pottery stone, etc.
By filling a tile mold with a raw material powder that is a mixture of common tile raw material powder such as viscosity powder and granular viscosity particles containing granular manganese, mica, or pigments, and press-molding with a press etc. When a substantially flat plate-like element is formed, the plurality of drainage holes can be seen as part of a spotted pattern, so it can be laid out on a sidewalk or the like without spoiling the aesthetic appearance.
