``Conventional technology'' Conventional pavement materials are made of tiles, concrete plates, and asphalt, which have poor water permeability. This was an obstacle to infiltration of rainwater, etc., causing a drop in the groundwater table and depletion of groundwater, and also caused problems in the growth of plants. Therefore, as shown in Figure 11,
There is a sidewalk board, as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 58623, in which water permeable holes 22 are formed in a concrete board 20, but the water permeable holes spoil the aesthetic appearance and are poor in weather resistance.

Clay powder made from ordinary ceramic materials such as feldspar, silica, and clay is mixed with granular clay particles containing granular manganese, mica, or pigments, and the water content is controlled and mixed to create a clay kneading machine such as a vacuum clay kneading machine. The element body 10 is manufactured by a wet press molding method in which the element body 10 is extruded from a material 30 and cut into a predetermined shape by a cutting machine 31. Next, the part where the decorative design is printed by an electronic printing method is open and is not printed. A conductive stencil screen 32 such as a wire mesh is used to seal the part.
A high voltage generator 34 is connected to this conductive stencil screen 32 and an electrode 33 of the opposite polarity opposite to it.
A high DC voltage is applied to form an electric field, and when the element body 10 is inserted and passed through this field, ceramic color powder is dropped from above through the mesh by the powder feeder 35, and the element body is charged by the electric field. The ceramic coloring powder adheres and a pattern is formed on the element. Next, if pressing is performed using a press mold 36 having a flat or uneven surface on its surface,
During this pressing, the ceramic coloring powder is
Since it is electrostatically charged, the ceramic coloring powder is embedded in the element body 10 without scattering even when the press die 36 is flat or has an uneven surface.

As the sieving device 37 for dropping the ceramic color powder onto the conductive stencil screen 32, a brush roller or a brush that reciprocates on the stencil screen is used. In addition, as ceramic coloring powder, ceramic glaze powder and element 1
A substance with the same structure as 0 with pigment added, element 1
It is possible to use a product having the same composition as 0, mixed with a low melting point ceramic raw material and added with a pigment, etc., and these are used in the form of a dry powder. Note that if the ceramic color powder is printed thickly, the depth of immersion into the base body 10 will be deep, and the decorative design will remain even if the surface of the water-permeable paving material A is heavily worn, so it will last for a long time. Demonstrates excellent decorative effect. Next, the plate B made of ceramic material is completed by drying and firing in a conventional manner.

Next, as shown in Figure 10, a groove with the opening narrower than the bottom is pre-drilled on the back side of the flat plate B, and a groove with the opening narrower than the bottom is pre-drilled on the surface of the concrete reinforcing base material. A convex shape having a narrower end is provided in a protruding manner, and the convex shape is embedded in the groove and adhered thereto via an adhesive.

In addition, in this case, if the holes in the concrete reinforcing base material are made larger than the holes in the flat plate, the holes in flat plate B will not be blocked even if errors occur during gluing, and the adhesive will not block the holes. Even if it adheres to the surface, the hole in the flat plate B can be easily penetrated by air or the like.

(Other Examples) The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, when attaching a flat plate B made of ceramic material to the surface of a reinforcing base material C made of concrete, the reinforcing base material C is It can be modified in various ways without departing from the scope of the invention, such as by inserting and installing it into the tip of the pin 12 of the material making mold 11, and then filling and hardening the concrete making material 13.
