[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention provides a waterway suitable for use as a snow melting waterway for snow removal in regions with heavy snowfall. For example, an inverted U-shaped side gutter block type with integral construction on both sides of the walls is used, and a retaining wall block type with both side walls of separate construction is used for large-sized ones.

A conventional waterway block will be explained using the case of the gutter block type shown in FIG. 2 and the upper wall 3 are integrally formed, and the upper cover 4 is removably attached to the upper wall 3. The dimensions between the inner surfaces of both side walls 2, 2 are the same on the upper and lower sides, and the inner surfaces of these both side walls 2, 2 form parallel surfaces. Note that a concrete bottom plate 5 and an undercast concrete 6 are provided on the bottom surface of the block.

By the way, in this conventional gutter block, since the inner surfaces of both side walls 2, 2 are parallel, if accumulated snow is thrown into the gutter when used as a snow melting channel for snow removal, the gutter block will have the same shape as shown in Fig. 5. As shown, the snow 7 does not fall easily due to the frictional resistance between the two side walls 2, 2. Furthermore, if the snow is forcibly thrown in, it will become even more firmly stuck to the side walls 2, 2, and eventually the part immersed in the running water 8 will disappear, causing the snow to lose its function as a snow melting channel. It was also on. Further, since the inner surfaces of the side walls 2, 2 are parallel, there was a further problem in that it was difficult to pull out the inner frame of the needle cage during its manufacture.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a snow melting channel that eliminates the above-mentioned problems, and in order to achieve that purpose, the following configuration is adopted.

That is, the snowpack inlet is opened at the upper end, and the pair of side walls are arranged in such a way that the dimension W between the inner surfaces at the upper end thereof is such that the snowpack press-fitted between the pair of opposing sidewalls falls to the lower end due to its own weight. It is characterized in that the dimension W 2 between the inner surfaces at the lower end is larger than that of 1 and is formed in a downward V-shaped taper.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the gutter block type, which is an improved example of the conventional inverted U-shaped gutter block shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view thereof. As is clear from the drawings, the basic configuration of this embodiment is almost the same as that shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, except for the lower edge of the side wall 2, and the same reference numerals represent the same parts. By the way, the difference from the conventional example, which is a feature of this embodiment, is that as shown in FIG.
10, 10 is the dimension between the inner surfaces above it W 1
It is formed into a tapered shape in which the dimension W 2 between the inner surfaces in the lower part is larger.

In this embodiment, as is clear from FIG. 2, the upper cover 4 is opened and the snow 7 thrown in from there is
If it moves downward even a little due to its gravity, it will separate from both side walls 2, 2, and will immediately fall into the running water 8. Therefore, running water 8
Since more parts of the snow are immersed in the snow, it melts and falls faster, improving the efficiency of the snow dumping process. Furthermore, when manufacturing this embodiment, since the dimension W 2 between the inner surfaces at the lower side of both side walls 2 and 2 is larger than the dimension W 1 between the inner surfaces at the upper side,
It is easy to pull out the inner frame during demolding.

Incidentally, as in this embodiment, the dimension between the outer surfaces of both side walls 2, 2 is also increased as it goes downward. When the outer shape is formed into a tapered shape, both side walls 2,
Since the earth pressure acting on 2 generates a downward component of force, the large size of the lower part allows for highly stable installation.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of a retaining wall block type used for streams, irrigation water, etc. In the figure, the retaining wall block 9 consists of side walls 10, 10 and an upper beam 11, each of which is constructed separately, and the space between each upper beam 11 on the upper surface is open. It should be noted that the bottom surface has a bottom cast concrete 12, and an undercast concrete 13 is provided on the lower surface of the side wall. Further, 14 indicates a removable handrail, and 15 indicates a road surface.

Due to this point, this embodiment also has the advantage that even if a large amount of snow is thrown in from the opening on the top surface by a dump truck, etc., the snow will not stick to the side walls and will easily fall into the flowing water due to the action of gravity. The efficiency of processing work can be improved.

As described above, the snow melting channel of the present invention has two opposite side walls in a downward V-shape such that the dimension W 2 between the inner surfaces at the lower end is larger than the dimension W 1 between the inner surfaces at the upper end. Because it is characterized by a tapered shape, this prevents snowpack thrown into the waterway from sticking to the side walls.
Since it easily falls into the flowing water, it is possible to improve the efficiency of the snowpack loading process, and it is possible to obtain the effect that snow removal work can be carried out smoothly.

Further, even when the both side walls and the upper beam are integrally constructed, it is possible to obtain the effect that the inner frame can be easily pulled out during demolding.
