した断面図、第３図は従来の端子絶縁構造を示し
たモジユールの斜視図である。 図において、１はパワーモジユール、２はＬ字
型フアストン端子、３はプラスチツク樹脂、４は
基台、５は金属上蓋、６は切欠き部、７は壁であ
る。

Claims (1)
- Ｌ字型フアストン端子を使用したパワーモジユ
ールにおいて、端子上部の金属上蓋縁を帯状に切
り欠きプラスチツク樹脂にて端子をモールド固着
すると共に、前記切り欠き部に前記プラスチツク
樹脂を堤防状に形成したことを特徴とするパワー
モジユール端子絶縁構造。
