Conventionally, flooring materials suitable for indoor concrete floors, etc., have been made of flexible sheets such as non-woven fabrics with a large number of bendable strips arranged side by side (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 132038/1983). , floorboards made of plywood with a veneer pasted on the bottom surface (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 16222/1983), or multiple sheets of veneer veneer on the top surface of asphalt-impregnated paper. There is a known one in which (see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-28932). Such conventional flooring materials are simply made by pasting lightweight, highly elastic, and flexible non-woven fabric sheets or asbestos paper on the underside, so they have very poor installation stability and are constantly being used. As it requires necessary ground preparation, it is completely unsuitable for direct laying construction.
Moreover, the cushioning properties during walking were not necessarily satisfactory. In order to solve this problem, a bituminous adhesive layer was provided on the bottom surface of the tile piece (in 1983).
However, such bituminous adhesives themselves inherently have the drawback of being extremely weak against tensile loads and shear loads, and have strength problems. This results in a lack of installation stability. It has also been proposed to attach a decorative board or sheet to the upper surface of small sawn board pieces joined in parallel, etc., and to provide a waterproof layer or an insect repellent layer on the lower surface (see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 115732/1983). However, it is completely impossible to install it directly on concrete floors. This invention not only solves the problems of conventional methods and allows construction to be performed extremely easily and quickly without the need for ground preparation, but also has appropriate cushioning properties that provide an extremely good walking feel. The purpose is to provide a highly practical flooring material that is extremely easy to handle and has little bending during construction.

That is, in this invention, rectangular floor members 2 are joined together to form a rectangular floor body 1 of required dimensions, and the back surface of the floor body 1 is coated with reinforcing cloth 6 and chemicals such as antibacterial and antifungal agents. It consists of a bitiumen sheet fabric 7 of a required thickness attached via a layer 8.

An embodiment of this invention shown in the drawings will be described below. 1 is a rectangular floor body with required dimensions; 2 is the floor body 1;
Each of the floor members 2 has an engaging convex portion 3 formed on one end surface in the longitudinal direction and an engaging recess 4 formed on the other end surface. They are joined in the longitudinal direction by engaging the engagement protrusion 3 with the engagement recess 4 of the other adjacent floor member 2, and on the other hand, a wire-shaped metal They are integrally connected via a connecting member 5. Reference numeral 6 denotes a reinforcing cloth such as a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric pasted on the back surface of the floor body 1, and a chemical layer 8 such as an antibacterial agent, antifungal agent, or insect repellent is pasted on the back surface of the reinforcing cloth 6. The reinforcement cloth 6 is added to the bityumen seat fabric 7 to compensate for the weaknesses in tensile load and shear load, which are the drawbacks of bityumen, and to take advantage of the fact that it is heavy. This ensures stability when laying, and also makes use of the elasticity and malleability, which are the strengths of Bitumen, to blend well with the substrate. Reference numeral 9 denotes a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric adhered to the back surface of the sheet material 7 with a drug layer 8 interposed therebetween. The antibacterial and antifungal agents constituting the drug layer 8 include known halogen compounds, organometallic compounds, and sulfur compounds, and the insect repellents include diazine, fenitrothion, and fenthion. The floor material according to this invention is constructed by directly laying the floor body 1 one after another on an indoor concrete floor or a board-finished floor. At this time, adhesive may be used for special floors. In the above embodiment, the floor member 2 is made of wood, but of course it may be made of cork or synthetic resin. Furthermore, although a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric is used as the reinforcing fabric, the invention is not limited to this, and other known reinforcing fabrics can be used.

Since this idea is structured as described above,
It is only necessary to directly lay the floor body 1 one after another on the upper surface of a concrete floor or a plate-finished floor, and even an amateur can perform the construction extremely easily and quickly without requiring a high degree of skill. In addition, since the sheet material 7 is made of bituminous material, it blends well with concrete floors, etc., and the finished floor surface can always be maintained at a uniform level without the need for base preparation.In addition, it has a large weight. Therefore, it has extremely good installation stability, has appropriate cushioning properties, and has an extremely good walking feel. moreover,
Since a reinforcing cloth 6 and a chemical layer 8 containing antibacterial and antifungal agents are provided between the floor body 1 and the sheet material 7, the tensile strength and shear strength of the sheet material 7 can be increased. This not only makes it extremely convenient to handle, but also effectively prevents accidental breakage of joints of floor components during transportation and construction, and also effectively exhibits functions such as antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is possible.
