因となつていた。BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, processed wood substrates such as planks sawn from natural wood, plywood, fiberboard, and particle board, each having a rectangular surface, have been used as architectural floorboards. These architectural floorboards are placed side by side on floor joists that are fixedly arranged at intervals and nailed from the surface, or they are actually processed in the longitudinal and width directions and then installed on the floor joists. The parts were assembled and fixed one after another, starting with the machined part. Fixed floorboards tend to bend toward the back side between the joists due to the load received from the front side, and the load from walking causes the board to bend in the length direction and take on a concave shape, causing adjacent planks in the width and length directions to bend. This causes rubbing between the parts and the resulting squeaks. In addition, in order to support the load from the surface side and prevent bending and warping, their thickness was usually 12 mm or more. For this reason, the construction board itself becomes heavy, making it difficult to transport and
This requires a lot of labor during construction, and is also a cause of high costs.

The degree of curvature is preferably such that it exhibits sufficient strength to withstand loads acting from the surface side over the expected service life of the building board, taking into account the width of the expected load and the material used. , and is appropriately selected to flatten the surface and maintain the flat surface if the central portion is bent or warped as a result of a large load being applied over a long period of time.

However, the decorative surface 12 is not essential. Further, the substrate 11 is illustrated as having been actually processed in the longitudinal direction and/or the width direction, or in the end of one of them. In these embodiments, the end of the wood in the longitudinal direction is processed into a male seed 13 and a female seed 14.

有する。Effects of the invention The architectural floorboard according to the invention has an arch-shaped curved surface with a convex surface side in the cross section in the width direction, so it has higher bending strength in the longitudinal direction than a conventional flat floorboard. improve,
Therefore, even when a large load is applied, deflection in the longitudinal direction is unlikely to occur. If an excessive load is applied over a long period of time, the curved surface in the width direction first bends to become nearly flat to absorb the load. At this time, the original curved surface shape will be flattened by the deflection due to the load, so the density will be higher in the flattened surface area, and even if further loads are applied afterwards, the flat surface will remain the same. can be retained for a long period of time. Since deflection in the longitudinal direction, which conventionally caused squeaks, is prevented, the problem of squeaks caused when walking is eliminated. Furthermore, at the initial stage of construction, the curved surface in the width direction has the additional effect of stimulating the arch of the sole of the foot when walking.
