  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 高温水の通過流量に応じて羽根車を回転し、
    その羽根車に取り付けた永久磁石で磁気センサを
    オン、オフして前記通過流量を測定する高温用電
    子式流量計において、 前記永久磁石と前記磁気センサとの間に遮水板
    とともに真空空間を設けてなる高温用電子式流量
    計。 ２ 前記遮水板と前記磁気センサとの間に断熱板
    が設けられている請求項１記載の高温用電子式流
    量計。 ３ 前記遮水板と前記磁気センサとの間に放熱材
    が設けられている請求項１記載の高温用電子式流
    量計。
