is its feedback resistance, I is the input terminal and O is the output terminal. Here, input resistance R i and feedback resistance R f
correspond to the base resistor 1 in FIG. 1, respectively. In this case, +V cc is connected to the epitaxial layer 2, and the epitaxial layer 2 extends up to the input resistor R i and the feedback resistor R f , respectively. In order for the gain to be -1, if the signal source impedance to the input terminal I is 0, it is necessary that R i =R f .

It looked like Figures A to C. That is, the input signal e i appears at the signal input terminal A, the -e i having the opposite phase to the input signal appears at the signal output terminal B, and one terminal side C is maintained at a reference potential (0V). Note that since the epitaxial layer 2 is connected to +V cc , the bias potential (+V cc ) caused by this is shown by a broken line.

The value of the input resistance R i became smaller, and conversely, the reverse bias voltage V r (V cc +e i ) of the feedback resistance R f became relatively larger, so the value of the feedback resistance R f became larger. While the input signal e i is negative, for example at point b,
Conversely, the value of the input resistance R i increased and the value of the feedback resistance R f decreased.

During the period when R f and the input signal e i are negative, R i >R f , and the amplifier gain (-R f /R i ) changes depending on the positive/negative state of the input signal, causing distortion.

and Q 6 each operate as a differential amplifier, and the base potential of each of the two base potentials is higher.
The value obtained by subtracting V BE becomes the emitter potential, which is applied as a bias to the input resistor R i and the feedback resistor R f , respectively.

On the other hand, during the period when the input signal e i is negative, R i

That is, the difference between each bias voltage and the potential on each resistor (reverse bias voltage V r ) is always equal. In Figure 4, this is the reverse bias voltage
This means that the base resistance r b is always constant with respect to V r .

In this case, as in the case of the first embodiment, the relationship R i =R f always holds;
