浄槽、２０は蒸気抜穴、２２は吸気穴、２３は排
水溜り、３２は洗浄ポンプ、３３は下噴射ノズル
、３５は噴射口、３６は上噴射ノズル、４４は乾
燥ヒータ、４５は送風機、５３は吸気口、５４は
給気通路、５５は排気通路、５７は熱交換器であ

Claims (1)
- 吸気口と排気口、食器類を出し入れする開口部
およびこの開口部を開閉する扉を設けた外筐と、
この外筐に内設され、噴出口を有する噴射ノズル
を設けた洗浄槽と、この洗浄槽の底部に設けられ
た排水溜りと、この排水溜りから上記噴射ノズル
に洗浄水を送る循環系路と、上記外筐に設けられ
た乾燥ヒータと、上記吸気口よりこの乾燥ヒータ
へ給気通路を形成する送風機と、上記乾燥ヒータ
通過後の給気流を上記洗浄槽に取り込む吸気穴と
、この吸気穴と連通して洗浄槽内の蒸気を排気す
る蒸気抜穴と、この蒸気抜穴より上記排気口に連
通するとともに、上記給気通路と交差する排気通
路とを備え、上記給気通路と排気通路との交差部
に熱交換器を設けたことを特徴とする食器洗浄機
。
