- 良電熱性の細長い平角線の一面に光フアイバの
収納溝を設け、この溝に感温素子を構成する裸の
光フアイバを挿入して固定し、上記平角線を、そ
の線の他面が外側になる向きにして固定対象物に
取付けるようにしてある光フアイバ温度センサ。
