Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定物の熱流を検出する熱流センサにおいて
、 前記被測定物からの熱伝導可能に設けられた高
分子ポリマ製の熱伝導体と、該熱伝導体の被測定
物側の面に設けられた第１の光温度計と、前記熱
伝導体の被測定物と反対側の面に設けられた第２
の光温度計とを具備し、前記第１、第２の光温度
計の計測値及び前記熱伝導体の熱抵抗に基づき被
測定物の熱流を検出するようになしたことを特徴
とする光学式熱流センサ。
