Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定の検出ベース圧力に設定した圧力調整弁と
、該圧力調整弁の下流側に設けた絞り弁と、該絞
り弁より下流側で着座基準面又は被検出体の位置
決め基準面のいずれか一方の基準面に開口する検
出ノズルとを備え、被検出体が着座することによ
り検出ノズルと絞り弁との間に生じる背圧が前記
検出ベース圧力より一段低い所定の設定圧力にな
つたことを圧力検出器で検出するようにした着座
検出装置において、 前記絞り弁より下流側の圧力を前記圧力検出器
の設定圧力よりやや低い圧力に保持するための蓄
圧用リリーフ弁を前記検出ノズルの上流側近傍に
設けたことを特徴とする着座検出装置。
