ーンとその案内溝部との関係を示す図であつて、
ａは案内溝に受支されている金型搬送チエーンの
駆動突片部を示す縦断面図、ｂは同図ａのｂ−ｂ
視図、第６図は金型搬送チエーンの駆動部側にお
ける彎曲案内溝部での駆動突片と金型取付板の切
欠きとの係合態様を示す図である。 １……成形機、２……固定盤、３……可動盤、

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 射出成形機における金型取付の固定盤と可動
    盤との間に、金型移動支持用の案内板を一対金型
    受け入れ側に適宜長さ突き出されて配設され、そ
    の固定盤面側に沿設の案内板に設けられた案内溝
    には、当該案内板の外側に付設の駆動機にて駆動
    される金型搬送チエーンを配し、その金型搬送チ
    エーンに所要間隔で少なくとも２個の駆動突片が
    突設され、搬送される金型もしくは金型取付板の
    下面部に、前記金型搬送チエーンの駆動突片と係
    合する切欠きを設けたことを特徴とする射出成形
    機における金型交換装置。 ２ 前記金型搬送チエーンは、機外側部位置から
    機体中央線上位置までの区間に設けてある請求項
    １に記載の射出成形機における金型交換装置。 ３ 前記金型搬送チエーンの搬送台側案内部は、
    当該搬送チエーンの駆動鎖車の上側を覆い被せる
    ようにして、彎曲案内溝が直線の案内溝に連続さ
    せて設けられている請求項１または２に記載の射
    出成形機における金型交換装置。 ４ 前記金型搬送チエーンにおける駆動突片とし
    ては、Ｌまたは逆Ｔ形のリンクプレートの突出部
    間に係合片を組込まれたものである請求項１乃至
    ３のいずれかに記載の射出成形機における金型交
    換装置。 ５ 前記駆動突片を構成するリンクプレートの突
    出部間に組込まれた係止片はローラである請求項
    １乃至４のいずれかである射出成形機における金
    型交換装置。 ６ 金型もしくは金型取付板の下面部に設けられ
    る搬送用の切欠きは、金型搬送チエーンに配され
    た駆動突片の配置間隔と等しい間隔で２個所に設
    けてある請求項１に記載の射出成形機における金
    型交換装置。
