Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 環状断面の材料通路と、押出機本体から該材料
通路に押出材料を導く材料導入路とを有し、それ
ら材料導入路及び材料通路を通じて導いた押出機
本体からの押出材料を材料通路先端の押出口から
押し出しつつ、その押出口の中央に開口させた穴
から長尺の芯材を連続的に送り出して、該芯材外
面に該材料を連続的に被覆させるようにした押出
機のクロスヘツド装置において、 前記材料導入路を複数の分流路に分割し、押出
機本体からの押出材料をそれら分流路で分流して
前記材料通路に導くようにするとともに、該材料
通路の該分流押出材料の合流部下流側に、各分流
路からの押出材料の前方側への移動に対する流動
抵抗を急激に高める突起を、該材料通路内に突出
する形態で周方向に設けたことを特徴とする押出
機のクロスヘツド装置。
