Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダチユーブ１内にピストンヘツド４とピ
ストンロツド５とよりなるピストン６を往復動可
能に設けたシリンダにおいて、 前記ピストンヘツド４の外周に永久磁石９をそ
の磁極９ａ，９ｂがピストンヘツド４の外周面に
沿つて並ぶように設け、シリンダチユーブ１の外
周には前記永久磁石９の各磁極９ａ，９ｂをそれ
ぞれ検出する二つの磁気センサ１２，１３を設け
、更に両磁気センサ１２，１３の出力の差を判別
する判別手段１４と、その判別結果を表示する表
示手段１５とを設けたことを特徴とするシリンダ
のピストン位置検出装置。
