ハンドルの押し下げ操作により、押釦ハンドルを押し下

し下げ運動を反転回動運動に変換する機構が簡単な構成

開閉性能が従来の波動スイッチと同じレベルにできるも

した反転ハンドルと、上記押釦ハンドルの押動に連動し
て両側端部に形成した掛合カム体の内、上記反転ハンド
ルの傾きにより押釦ハンドルに近付いた一方の掛合突起
に対応する掛合カム体で当該掛合突起を押圧掛合しなが
ら押動方向とは直交する方向に押釦ハンドル裏面で摺動
して反転ハンドルに反転回転力を与える合成樹脂製のス
ライドカムと、このスライドカムに一体成形され、上記
押釦ハンドル側に自由端が結合されることにより、スラ
イドカムの摺動に対して反摺動方向に弾発力を与える復
帰弾性体とから構成され、スライドカムの一方の掛合カ
ム体が反転ハンドルの一方の掛合突起に掛合しながら摺
動する際反転回動する反転ハンドルが水平となる前に他
方の掛合カム体が移動して他方の掛合突起の内側に位置
するように一対の掛合カム体間の長さと一対の掛合突起
間の長さが設定されで成ることを特徴とするピアノハン
ドル式スイッチ。
