Claims (1)
- 計測対象の粒子群に平行レーザー光を照射して
その回折光を集光レンズによりその焦点面に設置
した同心円状のリング光センサー群上に結像させ
得られた光環の直径及び光強度分布から上記粒子
群の粒度分布を求める粒度分布測定装置において
、長波長のレーザー光と短波長のレーザー光を発
射するレーザー装置と、両レーザー装置と粒子群
の間に置かれ、上記２波長のレーザー光を合成す
るダイクロイツクミラーと、集光レンズの後に置
かれ上記２波長を分離するダイクロイツクミラー
と、上記ダイクロイツクミラーに関して共役でか
つ集光レンズの焦点面に置かれた２つのリング光
センサーとを具えたことを特徴とするレーザー式
粒度分布測定装置。
