Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the muddiness, sticking or solidification in a tank due to an ink component by taking out the supernatant liquid containing a large quantity of an ink component in the tank to the outside at an early stage. CONSTITUTION:A carrier basket in which a labelled bottle is inserted is moved by carrier chains 4 while dipped in dipping tanks 2, 3 and the label bonded to the bottle is peeled off during this period to wash the bottle. At this time, the first trough 16 having an inclined bottom is provided to the upper part of the first caustic dipping tank 2 between the chains 4 over the entire lateral region of the tank main body and the liquid surface of the first tank 2 is controlled so as to always become higher than the liquid flow surface of the first trough 6. By this head, the substance other than a washing solution suspended in the upper liquid layer of the first tank 2 is allowed to flow in the first trough 16 along with a supernatant liquid and the liquid mixture taken out of the tank from the first trough 6 is passed through the first filter 20 through the first cushion tank 8 and the fitrate is injected to the bottle row issured from the first tank 2 from above.

C1 Problems to be Solved by the Invention When using a conventional immersion type bottle washer to wash bottles with so-called "Paluminium" labels, which have become more common these days,
The aluminum label and caustic react to generate hydrogen gas. In addition, if the label surface is coated with varnish, the ink will be released from the label, promoting the muddying of the tank liquid in each cleaning tank (caustic tank, etc.), and the adhesive varnish will become the main ingredient, causing ink, paper, dirt, etc. It becomes fixed, enlarges, and gets caught in the rotating parts of the machine. Furthermore, there is a problem in that ink components re-adhere to washed bottles, increasing the incidence of poorly washed bottles.

01 Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve this object, the configuration of the present invention is as follows. The first WI method includes a number of carrier baskets into which labeled bottles are inserted, and these baskets are moved while being immersed in a dipping tank by means of a carrier chain, during which time the labels affixed to the bottles are peeled off and washed. When using a bottle washing machine, a first gutter having an inclined bottom is provided between the carrier chains at the upper part of the first caustic immersion tank, and the first gutter has a sloped bottom over the entire width of the tank body. The liquid level is controlled to be higher than the secondary liquid flow surface, and by this head, substances other than the cleaning liquid floating above the liquid layer in the first tank are flowed into the first gutter along with the supernatant liquid, and The mixed liquid taken out of the tank from the gutter is passed through a first cushion tank and a first filter, and the furnace liquid is injected above the first caustic immersion tank and onto the rows of bottles coming out from there.

In the first filter 20, compared to conventional products, the triangular cross-section wire has almost no space for slag to accumulate, and since it accumulates on the surface, it is easy to remove, there is no need for disassembly and cleaning, continuous operation is possible, and it is suitable for automation. . In addition, the triangular wire makes it easy to remove furnace slag due to the nozzle effect of backwash flow, and the filtration ability is restored by backwashing with a small volume and low pressure.

(1) A bottle washing machine that has a number of carrier baskets into which labeled bottles are inserted, and runs these baskets while being immersed in a dipping tank by means of a carrier chain, during which time the labels affixed to the bottles are peeled off and washed. When using the first caustic immersion tank, a first gutter with a sloped bottom is provided between the carrier chains at the upper part of the first caustic immersion tank, and the liquid level in the first tank is constantly adjusted so that the liquid flows in the first gutter. The liquid level is controlled so that it is higher than the surface, and due to this head, substances other than the cleaning liquid floating on the upper part of the liquid layer in the first tank are flowed into the first gutter together with the supernatant liquid, and taken out from the tank from the first gutter. The supernatant liquid of a bottle washer is characterized in that the mixed liquid is passed through a first filter through a first cushion tank, and the filtrate is injected onto a row of bottles emerging from the first caustic dipping tank above the first caustic dipping tank. Liquid removal method.

(2) A cleaning method that has a number of carrier baskets into which bottles with labels affixed are inserted, and these baskets are moved while being immersed in a dipping tank by a carrier chain, during which the labels affixed to the bottles are peeled off and washed. When using a bottle machine, first and second gutters with sloping bottoms are provided between the carrier chains at the top of each of the first caustic dipping tank and the second caustic dipping tank, covering the entire width of the tank body. The liquid level is controlled so that the liquid level is always higher than the liquid flow surface of the first and second gutter, and due to this head difference, substances other than the cleaning liquid floating in the upper part of the liquid layer of each tank are removed together with the supernatant liquid. The mixed liquid poured into the second gutter and taken out of the tank from the first gutter is passed through the first cushion tank and into the first filter, and the filtrate comes out from above the first caustic dipping tank. The concentrated liquid from the first filter is directed to a second filter, and the mixed liquid taken out of the tank from the second gutter is guided to the second filter via a second cushion tank, and the concentrated liquid is introduced from the first filter to the second filter. The filtrate from the second caustic dipping tank is injected onto the row of bottles emerging from the second caustic dipping tank above the second caustic dipping tank, and the liquid level in the first caustic dipping tank is maintained lower than the liquid level in the second caustic dipping tank. , and a method for removing supernatant liquid from a bottle washing machine, characterized in that a notch is provided in a partition plate between the two tanks, and the liquid is caused to flow from the second tank to the first tank.
