【表】DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to SBR rubber compositions. More specifically, the present invention relates to an SBR rubber composition that provides a vulcanized rubber with high hardness and low impact resilience. In general, vulcanized rubber has elasticity over a wide strain range that is not found in other materials, so it is widely used for rubber rolls and the like. Rubber rolls, especially when used as platen rubber rolls such as dot type, require high hardness (approximately 85 to 85 as JIS A hardness) because clear printing is required.
100 and quiet printing sound, it has become necessary to have low repulsion. Currently, SBR rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. are used for such applications, but in order to achieve the high hardness of the vulcanized products of these rubbers, rubber 100%
It has been practiced to blend about 30 to 100 parts by weight of sulfur or about 10 to 60 parts by weight of phenolic resin. However, although the hardness of the vulcanized rubber can be increased to a desired level by such a formulation, the reality is that the impact resilience is not completely satisfied. As a result of various studies on methods for modifying unvulcanized SBR rubber that can provide vulcanized rubber with high hardness and low impact resilience, the inventor has found that blending a specific proportion of sulfur and carbon black is extremely effective. I found out. Therefore, the present invention relates to an SBR rubber composition, and this SBR rubber composition has a
It contains 13 to 17 parts by weight of sulfur and about 50 to 120 parts by weight of carbon black. As the SBR rubber, a commercially available product such as SBR1507 manufactured by Japan Synthetic Rubber can be used as is. As for sulfur, commercially available products such as precipitated sulfur produced by Kawagoe Sulfur Products can be used.
Sulfur is used in an amount of about 13 to 17 parts by weight, preferably about 15 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of SBR rubber. If a ratio other than this is used, even if the hardness is satisfied, the impact resilience value will be too large. Carbon black as a filler can be used as HAF,
Regardless of its type, such as FEF, it is used in a proportion of about 50 to 120 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of SBR rubber. Within this blending ratio range, a highly hard vulcanized rubber can be molded without impairing the processability of the rubber. If carbon black is used in a proportion greater than this, the processability of the rubber will be impaired, while if the proportion is less than this, the hardness of the vulcanized rubber will decrease. The SBR rubber composition containing the above-mentioned components as essential components is appropriately blended with ordinary rubber compounding agents such as a vulcanization accelerator, a softener, an anti-aging agent, and other processing aids. Unvulcanized material made of these ingredients
The SBR rubber composition is prepared by kneading each component other than the vulcanization accelerator and softener using an open roll, then adding the softener and vulcanization accelerator in this order and kneading. It is carried out with The vulcanization is carried out under the general vulcanization conditions for SBR rubber, such as heating under pressure at 160° C. for 60 minutes under a heat press pressure condition of 65 Kgf/cm 2 . The vulcanized rubber thus vulcanized has high hardness and low impact resilience of 4 to 10%, so it can be effectively used for platen rubber rolls. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to examples. Example SBR rubber (Japanese synthetic rubber product SBR1507) 100 parts (weight, same below), FEF carbon black 100 parts
1 part, stearic acid 2 parts, anti-aging agent (Ouchi Shinko Chemical Products 224S) 3 parts, Zinc Hua Toku No. 3 (Seido Chemical Products) 5 parts, process oil softener (Idemitsu Petroleum Products NS-24) 10 parts , 0.5 part of vulcanization accelerator (Ouchi Shinko Chemical Noxela-TT), same (Noxela-CZ)
10 parts and a predetermined amount of sulfur (precipitated sulfur from Kawagoe sulfur products) are kneaded using a 12-inch open roll with each compounded ingredient other than the vulcanization accelerator and softener, and then the softener and vulcanization accelerator are kneaded. They were added and kneaded in this order. The time required for kneading was about 40 minutes, and the temperature of the unvulcanized rubber composition at the end of kneading was about 80°C. Regarding this unvulcanized rubber composition and compression-molded vulcanized rubber obtained by vulcanizing it at 180°C for 6 minutes using an 80-ton press, the vulcanized rubber physical test method JIS K-
6301, hardness, tensile strength, elongation, and impact resilience were each measured. The measurement results obtained are
