  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子部品素子と、前記素子部品素子を収納する
    ケースと、前記ケースの開口部がある面に接着剤
    により接着されて前記ケースを封止する封止蓋と
    を備えてなるチツプ型電子部品であつて、 前記ケースの、前記封止蓋と対向する接着面の
    外周に近い位置に、過剰の接着剤が溜まる溝を形
    成するとともに、前記接着面の前記溝より内側に
    接着剤を塗布して前記封止蓋を前記ケースに接着
    したこと を特徴とするチツプ型電子部品。
