- 磁気デイスク円板および磁気ヘツドを密閉体に
内蔵し前記密閉体の内側に電子回路を有する磁気
デイスク装置において、前記電子回路にコーテイ
ング材を塗布したことを特徴とする磁気デイスク
装置。
