Claims (1)
- 槽内に配置した被処理物としての基板に対して
電源装置により高電圧を印加し成膜を行うように
された装置に付設されて、前記基板の温度を測定
するための側温装置において、温度センサーを前
記槽を貫通させて設けるとともに、その温度セン
サーに接続される計測表示部を槽外に設け、前記
温度センサーと計測表示部との間にそれらを電気
的に絶縁する絶縁変換器を設け、かつ、その絶縁
変換器に、この絶縁変換器に印加される電圧を検
知するとともに異常電圧が検知されたときに前記
電源装置を制御する制御装置を接続してなること
を特徴とする側温装置。
