Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 磁場測定を行なう磁場測定器の検出用セン
サーとして用いられるホール素子において、非磁
性金属からなる取付板に、ホール素子本体、加熱
用のヒーター、温度検出用のサーミスタを埋設し
、かつ当該埋設部分を熱絶縁してなるプローブ本
体と、ヒーター電源と、前記温度検出用のサーミ
スタにより検出される取付板の温度を予め設定さ
れた温度と比較し、かつこの温度偏差に対応した
電流を前記ヒーター電源から加熱用のヒーターに
供給する温度制御手段とから成ることを特徴とす
る温度制御付ホール素子。 (2) 温度制御手段における設定温度としては、
夏期の温度よりも少し高い温度に設定するように
したものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
記載の温度制御付ホール素子。
