第５図及び第６図は従来例を示す卓上切断機の側
面図である。 図において、２，５は丸のこ部、６は下限スト
ツパ部、９は支点、１０は連結バー、１１はピン
、１２はピン案内溝、１３はインジケータホルダ
、１４はピン嵌合溝、１５はインジケータ摺動溝
、１６はインジケータ、１７はスケールである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ベース上面に被削材を支持し、該ベース後方
    に摺動保持部材を有するホルダが設けられ、該摺
    動保持部材にスライドバーを有するヒンジを前記
    ベース上面に平行に前後摺動可能に連結し、該ヒ
    ンジにヒンジシヤフトを支点とし、のこ刃又は溝
    切カツタを可回転に保持した丸のこ部を揺動可能
    に軸支し、該丸のこ部に前記ヒンジと当接し揺動
    最下限位置を任意位置で規制する下限ストツパ部
    を設け、前記被削材に溝入れ作業を行なう卓上切
    断機において、前記丸のこ部に切削高さ（前記ベ
    ース上面と前記丸のこ部に装着されたのこ刃又は
    溝切りカツタ刃先の距離）を示す目盛を有するス
    ケールを設け、該スケールの目盛を指示する指針
    を有するインジケータを、前記スケールと平行に
    摺動可能に前記丸のこ部のインジケータ摺動溝に
    設け、前記ヒンジに連結バーの一端を揺動可能に
    軸支し、他端は前記丸のこ部のピン案内溝に嵌合
    摺動するピンを介しインジケータを支持し、該イ
    ンジケータを一直線上で摺動可能とさせ、前記下
    限ストツパ部の調整により、前記丸のこ部を下降
    させることによる所定の切削高さが、前記インジ
    ケータ指針と前記スケール目盛により表示される
    ことを特徴とする卓上切断機の切削高さ表示機構
    。 ２ 前記丸のこ部の揺動による前記のこ刃下降変
    化量に対し、前記連結バーを介して前記インジケ
    ータ移重量を一定の比例関係となるよう、前記丸
    のこ部に、前記ピンが嵌合摺動する前記案内溝を
    形成し、前記スケールの切削高さを示す目盛は等
    間隔に表示可能としたことを特徴とする請求項１
    記載の卓上切断機の切削高さ表示機構。 ３ 前記インジケータに、数種類ののこ刃又は溝
    切カツタ外径に対応する指針を設けたことを特徴
    とする請求項１又は２記載の卓上切断機の切削高
    さ表示機構。
