  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液体窒素や液体ヘリウム等の冷媒を封入・充填
    した断熱容器と、 この断熱容器内にて冷媒にて浸漬された高温超
    電導体と、 前記冷媒を高温超電導体の臨界温度以下に冷却
    し、超電導状態を保持する冷却手段と、 前記高温超電導体を断熱容器内で移動させる駆
    動手段と、 前記断熱容器を収納する本体ハウジングと、 前記高温超電導体の移動に伴い本体ハウジング
    外をハウジング面に沿い非接触状態で従動する磁
    石を取付けた搬送容器と を備えたことを特徴とする部品搬送装置。
