Claims (1)
- 鍋１を内蓋１１及び外蓋１２によつて閉塞し、
鍋１の加熱量を制御するための温度検知素子３を
前記外蓋１２に具備させた軸部２に配設し、前記
軸部を前記内蓋１１を貫通させて鍋１内に露出さ
せるようにした調理器における温度検知装置にお
いて、軸部２を、これを縦割りに二分割した一対
の軸部半体２ａ，２ｂから構成し、この軸部半体
２ａ，２ｂの境界部に温度検知素子３を収容し、
検知要素３０を具備する温度検知素子３の先端部
を軸部２の先端部から直接突出させた調理器にお
ける温度検知装置。
