Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 釜内部を仕切板によつて上下に区画し、上部
を解凍室とし下部を湯を加熱する加熱室とし、前
記解凍室に側面に熱湯を噴出する噴出口を多数有
する解凍凹所を形成し、前記解凍室と前記加熱室
を連通する中間に予熱部を有する水路を設けてな
ることを特徴とする冷凍麺の解凍釜。 ２ 登録請求の範囲第１項において前記解凍凹所
の側部に前記解凍室に通じる開口を形成してなる
ことを特徴とする冷凍麺の解凍釜。 ３ 登録請求の範囲第１項及び第２項において、
前記水路を上下方向の邪魔板を互い違いに重ねて
蛇行する如く形成し、その一部が燃焼室に接する
ことを特徴とする冷凍麺の解凍釜。 ４ 登録請求の範囲第１項及び第２項において、
前記水路が燃焼室若しくは煙道内に設けた貯水タ
ンクを中間に有してなることを特徴とする冷凍麺
の解凍釜。
