Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 静電潜像形成に先立つて感光体表面に沿つ
    て相対的に移動することによりその表面に均一に
    所定極性の帯電を行う画像形成装置用コロナ放電
    装置において、感光体に向かつて開口している樋
    状のシールドと、シールドの開口の移動方向下流
    側の略半分に設けられたグリツドと、シールドの
    内部にその長手方向に相互に平行に張架された２
    本以上の放電ワイヤとからなることを特徴とする
    画像形成装置用コロナ放電装置。 (2) ２本以上の放電ワイヤの中、少なくとも１
    本は、感光体を下側とするとき、グリツドの開口
    中心側のエツジにかからずグリツドの上側に配置
    し、放電ワイヤの少なくとも他の１本はグリツド
    の開口中心側のエツジにかからずグリツドを配置
    していないシールドの開口の上側に配置したこと
    を特徴とする請求項１記載の画像形成装置用コロ
    ナ放電装置。 (3) グリツドを配置していないシールドの開口
    の上側に配置した放電ワイヤをグリツドの上側に
    配置した放電ワイヤに比較してより感光体面に近
    い位置に配置したことを特徴とする請求項２記載
    の画像形成装置用コロナ放電装置。 (4) グリツドを感光体の表面形状に合わせて円
    筒面状に構成したことを特徴とする請求項１から
    ３の何れか１項記載の画像形成装置用コロナ放電
    装置。 (5) シールドの開口側と反対の背面に別の開口
    を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１から４の何れ
    か１項記載の画像形成装置用コロナ放電装置。
