本発明は球状の菓子を焼成する方法、及び、そ
の装置に係り、特に、小麦粉を水で溶いた糊状の
生地の中に具を包み込んで焼成された菓子を工業
的に大量生産するに適した焼成方法、及び、その

双方の焼き型を互いに密着させた状態で上下を
反転して、一方の焼き型の中で焼成されつつある
菓子を他方の焼き型の中に落下させ、
上記他方の焼き型を下方から加熱して焼き上げ
る。
