A wire saw used for cutting hard objects was previously proposed by the present applicant in Japanese Patent Application No. 173283/1983. As illustrated in Figure 8,
The wire saw S consists of a rope 1 formed by a plurality of spirally twisted metal cables, and a plurality of metal bushes 2 are mounted on the rope 1 at equal intervals. The outer periphery is coated with diamond. A flexible sheathing 5 is formed on the rope 1, which sheathing 5 constitutes a spacer section 6 between each bush 2.

It is rotationally driven by a drive device D. Drive device D
constitutes a truck 10 that is movably installed on the rails 9 of the base 8, and a drive pulley 11 of the truck 10.
The wire saw S is wrapped around the wire. A pair of tension pulleys 12 and 13 are supported by a base 8. The other end of the loop of the wire saw S is passed around a hard object C such as a stone or a concrete structure, and the hard object C is cut by driving the wire saw S to rotate by a drive pulley 11. The truck 10 is equipped with a winch 14, which drives the truck 10 backward in the direction of the arrow R by winding up the rope 15, so that the wire saw S can cut the hard object C while being pressed against it. I can do it.

When towing the wire saw S, the pulling distance β of the cutting and wrapping portion 17 with respect to the moving distance α of the trolley 10 is in the relationship α=β, and the distance between the driving wrapping portion 16 relative to the drive pulley 11 of the wire saw S and the hard object C being The distance L between the cutting and winding part 17 is constant and does not change.

You will need something long. However, such sufficient space is often not available at excavation sites for stone, etc. Also,
The cutting method using a wire saw as mentioned above is
It is known that this work is also carried out for subway platform expansion work and cutting and removal work of building structures, but the usable space at such cutting sites of concrete structures is limited to an extremely narrow area. There is. Therefore, the problem that cutting operations are difficult or impossible may frequently occur.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and is configured as a means for solving the above problems.
An endless wire saw having a drive winding part 16 that is wound around a drive pulley 11 on the trolley 10 and a cutting winding part 17 that is wound around a hard object is rotated in the circumferential direction by the drive pulley 11 while In a method for cutting a hard object by pulling the cutting winding part 17 with the wire saw in a tensioned state by running the wire saw in a direction away from the hard object: A part of the wire saw in tension between the winding driving section 16 and the cutting winding section 17 is bypassed so that the towing movement distance β of the cutting winding section 17 with respect to the traveling distance α is set to α<β. The point is that the detour portion is forcibly extended.

constitutes a truck 10 that is movably installed on rails 9 of a base 8, and the truck 10 is moved backward in the direction of arrow R by means of a backward moving means 20 such as a winch 14 that winds up a rope 15. A driving pulley 11 is mounted on the truck 10, and an endless wire saw S is wound around the pulley 11. The wire saw S has the same structure as the conventional example shown in FIG. A hard object C is cut while being rotated. This point is similar to the conventional example explained based on FIG.

量を増加せしめることが可能になる。 Therefore, according to the first embodiment, when the wire saw S is rotated in the circumferential direction to cut the hard object C, when the trolley 10 is moved in the backward direction R via the forward/backward moving means 20, the wire saw S teeth,
It is not only pulled by the driving winding part 16, but also detoured by the bend pulleys 25 and 26 between the driving winding part 16 and the cutting winding part 17. That is, even if the auxiliary pulleys 21 and 22 remain fixed without operating the auxiliary moving device 24, the bend pulley 2 moves as the trolley 10 moves backward.
5 and 26 move in the backward direction r, the detour portion T of the wire saw S extending between the auxiliary pulleys 21 and 22 and the bend pulleys 25 and 26 gradually extends. Therefore, the relationship between the backward moving distance α of the trolley 10 and the towing moving distance β of the cutting and wrapping portion 17 is α+T·r=β if there is only one detour portion T. In the case of the illustrated example, the detour portion T is configured at two locations between the two sets of auxiliary pulleys and the bend pulley, so α+2(T·r)=β. As a result, α<

6 and the cutting wrapping part 17 is gradually made smaller, so that the amount of cutting movement of the cutting wrapping part 17 relative to the hard object C is increased compared to the amount of backward movement of the cart 10. becomes possible.

22 can be moved in the direction F away from the trolley 10. In this case, the detour portion T of the wire saw S is further extended corresponding to the separation movement amount F, so the relationship between the backward movement distance α of the trolley 10 and the towing movement distance β of the cutting and wrapping portion 17 is ,α+
2(T·r·F)=β, and it becomes possible to further increase the towing distance of the cutting and wrapping portion 17 compared to the backward movement distance of the truck 10.

Therefore, to explain only the differences, in the wire saw S, one side circumferential portion extending from the driving winding portion 16 is guided by a pair of fixed pulleys 28, 28, and the fixed pulley 2
An auxiliary pulley 29 is located between 8 and 28. The auxiliary pulley 29 can be moved in the direction X perpendicular to the extending direction of the wire saw S via the auxiliary moving device 30. Therefore, the pair of fixed pulleys 2

This direction changing device Y is equipped with alignment pulleys 34 and 35 that are pivotally supported on a horizontal axis, and direction changing pulleys 36 and 37 that are pivotally supported on a vertical axis. According to the invention, the drive pulley 11 on the truck 10
An endless wire saw having a driving winding part 16 that is wound around the hard object C and a cutting winding part 17 that is wound around the hard object C is rotated in the circumferential direction by the driving pulley 11 while the trolley 10 is moved from the hard object C. In a method of cutting a hard object C by pulling the cutting winding part 17 with the wire saw in a tensioned state by traveling in a direction away from the wire, conventionally, the distance corresponds to the cutting dimension of the hard object C. However, as mentioned above, while the cart 10 is traveling, the distance traveled by the cart 10 is difficult or impossible. The winding drive unit 16 and the cutting winding part 17 are arranged so that the towing distance β of the cutting winding part 17 with respect to α is set to α<β.
This method is characterized by detouring a portion of the wire saw in a tensioned state between the wire saw and forcibly extending the detoured portion, so that the cutting dimension of the hard object C is made larger than the moving distance of the cart 10. As a result, even a long hard object C can be cut in a narrow working space.

る硬質物体の切断方法。1. An endless wire saw having a drive winding part 16 that is wound around the drive pulley 11 on the trolley 10 and a cutting winding part 17 that is wound around a hard object is rotated in the circumferential direction by the drive pulley 11. In a method for cutting a hard object by moving the trolley 10 in a direction away from the hard object and pulling the cutting winding part 17 with the wire saw under tension: Cutting and wrapping part 1 for traveling distance α
A part of the wire saw under tension between the winding drive part 16 and the cutting winding part 17 is detoured so that the towing movement distance β of No. 7 becomes α<β, and the detoured part is forcibly moved. A method for cutting a hard object characterized by stretching it.
