Claims (1)
- ホツパ内に２本の輸送シリンダをその軸心方向
へ移動自在に貫入して、該２本の輸送シリンダを
主シリンダにより交互に前進させるときに該輸送
シリンダ内に取り込んだホツパ内の高粘性流体を
、輸送シリンダ前端をホツパ前側の受管に嵌合さ
せて貫入が終了した後に該輸送シリンダ内の圧送
ピストンを前進させて圧送させるようにしてある
高粘性流体ポンプにおける上記輸送シリンダの貫
入終了時点を検出するリミツトスイツチを備え、
且つ該輸送シリンダを貫入させる主シリンダへの
油圧が高くなつときにＯＮする圧力スイツチを設
け、揺動管を切り換える圧油ラインに設けた電磁
切換弁と、上記輸送シリンダを前進、後退させる
圧油ラインに設けた電磁切換弁を上記圧力スイツ
チＯＮでＯＮ、ＯＦＦさせるようにしてなること
を特徴とする高粘性流体ポンプの運転制御装置。
