- 配線の交差する部分の一方の配線の位置する酸
化膜の下部にエミツタ拡散層と同時に拡散層を形
成し、酸化膜上の配線の両側においてこの配線と
交差する配線の端部をこの拡散層に接続したこと
を特徴とする半導体素子の交差結線構造。
