  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 差動増幅器を備え、第１の磁気抵抗効果素
    子と前記差動増幅器の入力抵抗とし、前記第１の
    磁気抵抗効果素子の入力抵抗よりも十分に大きい
    抵抗値を有する第２の磁気抵抗効果素子を前記差
    動増幅器の帰還抵抗とする増幅回路と、 前記増幅回路の入力に接続した直流定電圧源と
    を有することを特徴とする集積化磁気抵抗効果素
    子。 (2) 各々の主電流通路を略平行に配した前記第
    １及び第２の磁気抵抗効果素子を、前記電流通路
    に近接される繰り返し磁気信号の繰り返し磁気波
    長λに対し、 略1/2・（ｎ＋1/2）・λ（λ＝０，１，２，…
