    の出力をオン／オフするスイツチ、および その入力に電源電圧が与えられかつそのバイア
    スに前記スイツチでオン／オフされる前記第１の
    トランジスタの前記出力が印加され、その出力が
    第２の電源として用いられる第２のトランジスタ
    を備える、電源安定化回路。
