トランジスタにＰＮＰ形トランジスタを使用した
他の実施例を示すブロツク図、第３図は鋸歯状波
を発生しない休止期間中は定電流回路の動作を停
止するようにした本考案のさらに他の実施例を説
明する回路図、第４図は従来回路を示すブロツク
図である。 図において、１は直流電源、２はコンデンサ、
３はトランジスタ、４，５は抵抗、６は定電圧ダ
イオード、７は放電用スイツチ、８はフローテイ
ング電源を示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、
または相当部分を示す。

    得るための回路構成で、定電流制御用トランジス
    タのベース電流をフローテイングした電源より得
    たことを特徴とする鋸歯状波発生回路。
