<Prior Art> As a conventional tonneau board structure for a vehicle, there is, for example, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-57253 and shown in FIGS. 4 to 6. Figure 4 is "vehicle"
2 is a back door, 3 is a tonneau board body, and 4 is a rear seat back. The tonneau board body 3 connected to the rotatable back door 2 is shown with the back door 2 closed. In this state, the end 3a of the tonneau board body 3 on the rear seat back 4 side is at a height lower than the rearmost point 4c of the upper part 4b of the rear seat back 4. It is approximately horizontal and allows small items 5 to be placed on the top surface of the tonneau board body 3.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in the case of such a conventional vehicle tonneau board structure, when a rear collision of the automobile 1 occurs,
No special consideration was given to the tonneau board body 3 and the accessories 5 on the tonneau board body 3. In other words, in the case of a rear-end collision, a force F from the rear will be applied to the car 1, but depending on the degree of the shock at that time, the back door 2 and the tonneau board body 3 connected to the back door 2 will be pushed, and the force F will be applied to the car 1 from the rear. It was bent toward the luggage compartment 6 (see imaginary line in Figure 6), and the small items 5 on the tonneau board body 3 fell into the luggage compartment 6 below the tonneau board body 3. Therefore, it has been desired to develop a tonneau board structure for a vehicle that can absorb the amount of movement of the tonneau board body 3 due to the collision and maintain the tonneau board body 3 in a substantially horizontal state even if the automobile 1 is involved in a rear-end collision.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the tonneau board structure for a vehicle according to this invention is provided with a headrest stay inserted into the upper part of the rear seat bag, and the rear surface of the upper part of the rear seat bag is curved. In a vehicle tonneau board structure in which the tonneau board body is formed into a shape and has an end portion of the tonneau board body facing close to the upper rear surface, the end portion of the tonneau board body is formed from the rearmost point on the upper rear surface of the rear seat back to the lowest position. A portion of the stay that corresponds to the gap from the highest point of the upper part of the rear seat back to the lowest point of the head restraint,
The gist of the tonneau board is that it is curved toward the front of the vehicle in a crank shape, with a vertical width that is at least greater than the thickness of the tonneau board itself.

<Function> Since the end of the tonneau board body faces the range from the last point on the rear surface of the upper part of the rear seat bag to the lowest point of the headrest at the lowest position, the tonneau board body The end portion of the rear seat bag does not abut the upper rear surface of the rear seat bag or enter the lower side of the upper rear surface. The end of the tonneau board body can slide over the upper rear surface of the rear seat bag and move forward until it finally reaches the stay.

Moreover, the portion of the stay corresponding to the gap from the highest point of the upper part of the rear seat bag to the lowest point of the headrest is directed toward the front of the vehicle with a vertical width that is at least larger than the thickness of the tonneau board body. Since the tonneau board is bent into a crank shape, the tonneau board body can move further forward by the amount that the stay in that part is bent, and the amount of forward movement of the tonneau board body in the event of a collision is sufficiently and reliably absorbed. It has a curved shape with a large radius (ratio of curvature). Then, the tonneau board is placed in a range D4 from the last point 4c of the rear surface 4a exhibiting this curved shape to the lowest point 11a of the headrest 11 at the lowest position where the headrest 11 is inserted deepest into the upper part 4b of the rear seat bag 4. The head rest 11 has a core material 12 therein, and a rod-shaped stay 13 is fixed to the core material 12. ] The core material 12 is made of a material with higher rigidity than the material on the front side, or is made of the same material but made thicker so that it can withstand the impact from the rear, which will be described later.

A rod-shaped stay 13 that supports the headrest 11
, a portion corresponding to the gap D2 from the highest point 4d of the upper part 4b of the rear seat bag 4 to the lowest point 11a of the headrest 11 is bent in a crank shape toward the front of the vehicle (direction A in the figure). As a result, the headrest 11 is bent over the upper part 4b of the rear seat back 4.
When the tonneau board body 3 is inserted to the lowest position, a distance D1 is secured between the end portion 3a of the tonneau board body 3 and the bent portion 13a. Note that the gap D2 is set to be slightly larger (wider) than the thickness of the tonneau board main body 3.

If the car 1 is rear-ended and a force F is applied to the car 1 from behind, the shock of the collision forces the back door 2 to move forward by the amount of the force F, that is, a distance D3. And the tonneau board main body 3 connected to this backdoor 2
The back door 2 also moves forward by a distance D3 [corresponding to the amount of movement of the back door 2], but at this time, the end 3a of the tonneau board body 3 is further away from the rearmost point 4c of the curved rear surface 4a. Since it faces the upper position, the curved rear surface 4a acts as a so-called "guide surface", and the end portion 3a smoothly moves forward along the portion above the rearmost point 4c of the rear surface 4a. . At this time, stay 1
3 and the end 3a of the tonneau board main body 3.
1 is secured, the tonneau board main body 3 can move forward by an amount corresponding to the distance D1. Also, the highest point 4d of the upper part 4b of the rear seat back 4 and the lowest point 11a of the headrest 11.
A gap D2 is secured between the bent portion 1 and the stay 13 in the portion corresponding to this gap D2, which has a vertical width slightly larger than the thickness of the tonneau board body 3.
3a, the tonneau board main body 3 moves forward along the upper part of the curved rear surface 4a so that the end portion 3a meets the gap D.
It is received in a state where it is just fitted into the bent portion 13a of No. 2. In this way, it is possible to secure a relatively large distance D1 between the bent portion 13a of the stay 13 and the end portion 3a of the tonneau board main body 3, so that the tonneau board main body 3 is It is safe because the forward movement amount D3 of can be absorbed. Moreover, the force F applied to the car 1 from the rear is strong and the amount of movement D3
Even when [corresponding to distance D3] becomes large, the end 3a of the tonneau board main body 3 is stopped at the bent portion 13a of the stay 13 and is prevented from moving further forward, so it remains in that state, i.e. The tonneau board main body 3 is located in the gap D2, and even when force F is applied to the automobile 1 from the rear, the tonneau board main body 3 can maintain a substantially horizontal state without being damaged.

In the event of a rear-end collision, if force is applied to the vehicle from behind and the tonneau board body is pushed forward, the end of the tonneau board body will move from the rearmost point on the upper rear surface of the rear seat back to the end of the headrest at the lowest position. Since the tonneau board faces the range up to the lower point, the tonneau board body can be moved forward without falling into the luggage compartment, and can be moved in a substantially horizontal state.

Further, the stay corresponding to the gap from the highest point of the upper part of the rear seat bag to the lowest point of the headrest is shaped like a crank toward the front of the vehicle, with a vertical width that is at least greater than the thickness of the tonneau board body. Since the tonneau board body is bent, the tonneau board body can move further forward by the amount that the stay in that part is bent, and the amount of forward movement of the tonneau board body in the event of a collision is sufficiently and reliably absorbed, and the tonneau board body After the tonneau board has moved sufficiently forward, it will be in a state where it is just fitted into the gap, and further forward movement of the tonneau board body will be stopped by the stay in this gap.
