Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 静磁場、傾斜磁場および高周波磁場の各磁場
発生手段と、検査対象からの核磁気共鳴信号を検
出する信号検出手段と、該信号検出手段の検出信
号の演算を行う計算機及び該計算機による演算の
出力手段を有する核磁気共鳴を用いた検査装置に
おける信号検出手段であるプローブの一部のイン
ピーダンス整合用回路において、インピーダンス
整合手段として共振用容量と整合用容量とスイツ
チング機構より成る回路において、該共振用容量
と整合用容量とが切り替えられることにより、複
数の組合せが選択できることを特徴とする核磁気
共鳴を用いた検査装置。 ２ インピーダンス整合の調整方法として、高周
波電力供給源と波長整合の取れた電力供給ケーブ
ルよりなる送信系において、送電端での反射が最
小となるように共振用容量と整合用容量を調整す
ることを特徴とする核磁気共鳴を用いた検査装置
。 ３ インピーダンス整合の調整方法として、送電
端より見たプローブ側のインピーダンスが、波長
整合の取れたケーブルの特性インピーダンスと同
じで、位相が０度となるように共振用容量と整合
用容量を調整することを特徴とする核磁気共鳴を
用いて検査装置。 ４ 上記記載のスイツチング機構において、電動
モータ等の非手動動力を用いて自動的に切り替え
が可能なことを特徴とする第１項記載の核磁気共
鳴を用いた検査装置。 ５ 上記記載のスイツチング機構において、スイ
ツチの切り替えが離散的に選択できることを特徴
とする第１項記載の核磁気共鳴を用いた検査装置
。
