However, in the past, pallet racks were simply shelf frames for holding workpiece loading pallets at a height position suitable for work in each workplace, so when the workpieces on the pallet were used up and new workpieces were to be supplied. It was necessary to return the empty pallet to the work storage area or empty pallet storage area using a forklift, and then transport the work-loaded pallet to the work area. Therefore, in the past, the efficiency of work supply was poor, and work was sometimes interrupted while empty pallets were being returned. If the number of operating forklifts was increased to avoid this, equipment costs and personnel costs would increase. Therefore, a space is required to install a spare pallet truck, and in any case, a forklift still needs to be moved back and forth just to take out empty pallets.

(Means for solving the problem) In other words, the palette truck according to this invention is
In order to achieve the above object, a pair of pallet receiving frames 2 are installed on the upper left and right sides of the box-shaped body frame 1 to support the left and right sides of the lower surface of the pallet 16, respectively, between the inwardly extending position and the upwardly facing position. The pallet receiving frames 2 on both sides are rotatably mounted on the inside of the main body frame 1 and have opposed tip portions 2 in an inwardly extending position.
A lifting platform 5 that is driven up and down between a and 2a is installed,
Swinging arms 9 are pivotally attached to the lower portions of the left and right sides of the main body frame 1 at their intermediate portions so as to be able to swing up and down, and the inner end portions 9a of each swinging arm 9 are connected to the side lower surface 5a of the lifting platform 5.
and the outer end 9b of the swing arm 9.
A connecting rod 11 is pivotally connected at its upper and lower ends between the pallet receiving frame 2 and the outwardly extending portion 2b of the pallet receiving frame 2, and a spring member 14 is provided which biases the connecting rod 11 in the downward direction. When the platform 5 is in the lowered position pushing down the inner end 9a of the swinging arm 9, the connecting rod 11 is pushed up by the outer end 9b of the swinging arm 9, so that the pallet receiving frame 2 is in an inwardly extending position. It is composed of.

Next, when the workpieces 15 on this pallet 16 are used up and the empty pallet 16 is replaced with a pallet 16 on which a new workpiece 15 is placed, the lifting platform 5
When the pallet is raised, the empty pallet 16 is transferred from the pallet receiving frame 2 to the lifting platform 5. Thus, the pallet receiving frame 2 maintains an inwardly extending position due to the weight of the empty pallet 16 while the lifting platform 5 is rising, but when it is released from the weight by the above-mentioned transfer, it begins to oscillate. Since the arm 9 is released from the pushing down of the inner end 9a by the lifting table 5, it is rotated by the accumulated force of the spring member 14 so that the outer end 9b is at the lower side, and the connecting rod 11 is lowered accordingly. As a result, it is rotated to an upward position. This results in
The empty pallet 16 can be lowered between the pallet receiving frames 2, 2 (see FIG. 4).

Therefore, when the lifting table 5 is machined, the empty pallet 16 is stored in the lower part of the main body frame 1, and the inner end 9a of the swing arm 9 is pushed down again by the lifting table 5, so that the pallet receiving frame 2 is pushed up by the connecting rod 11 and returns to the inwardly extending position. Therefore, a pallet 16 carrying a new work 15 carried by a forklift can be placed on this pallet receiving frame 2, and following this placement, an empty pallet 16 waiting at the bottom can be placed on the fork. It can be carried out using a lift.

Next, when all the workpieces 15 are used up and the pallet 16 becomes empty and a new workpiece 15 is to be supplied, the lifting table 5 is raised and the pallet 16 is placed on the lifting table 5 as shown in FIG. lift. As the lifting table 5 rises, the inner end 9a of the swinging arm 9 separates from the lifting table 9, but the weight of the pallet 16 keeps the pallet receiving frame 2 in an inwardly extending position until just before the pallet 16 is lifted. Ru. At the same time as the pallet 16 is lifted, the pallet receiving frame 2 is released from its weight.
As the connecting rod is lowered by the tensile force of the coil spring 14, it is rotated to an upward position as shown in the figure. Then, by lowering the lifting table 5, the empty pallet 16 is lowered to the lower part of the main body frame 1 while remaining on the lifting table 5. When the lifting table 5 reaches the lowered position, the inner end of the upper swing arm 9 is pushed down, and as a result, the pallet receiving frame 2 returns to the inwardly extending position and a new workpiece 15 is loaded. It becomes possible to place the loaded pallets 16.

(Effects Unique to the Invention) According to the pallet truck of this invention, the pallets placed on the pair of left and right pallet receiving frames at the top of the box-shaped main body frame can be made to wait at the bottom of the main body frame using the lifting platform. Therefore, the forklift can carry in a pallet loaded with workpieces and take out an empty pallet in one reciprocating motion of the forklift, and there is no need to reciprocate the forklift just to take out an empty pallet as in the past. It has the advantage of extremely high efficiency in supplying workpieces, and avoids interruption of work while returning empty pallets and cost increases due to an increase in the number of operating forklifts.
